HULL: Hauled August 2016, power washed and applied new Micron CSC antifouling paint and zincs.
TANKAGE: 20 gal. diesel 40 gal water in two tanks.
MECHANICAL: 100 Hours on M-25XPB Universal 3 cylinder 26 hp diesel motor, "Admiral Panel with gauges and tachometer," new exhaust system and upgraded alternator to 72 amp.
"Manecraft" dripless water lubricated stern shaft seal system with 3 blade prop on a SS shaft.

ACCOMMODATIONS: double berth in forward cabin and double birth aft. Force 10 propane heater. Bus heater in the main cabin awaiting connection to new motor. Head works well, was new in 2005. Holding tank and macerator pump. 12 volt fresh water pump and shore powered hot water. Rug edges are bound.
GALLY: 3 burner propane gimballed stove with oven. Icebox. Aft mounted BBQ with separate propane tank. Propane sniffer alarm
ELECTRONICS AND BRIDGE: Modernized electrical wiring. New magnetic compass. Furuno radar Model 1621 Mark-2.
Simrad Tillerpilot interfaced with Standard Horizon GPS CP300i chart plotter and VHS radio.
Eagle CUDA 300 depth sounder. Engine exhaust temperature overheat alarm.
12 VOLT ELECTRICAL: One start battery, 2 house batteries, 30 am shore power and upgraded shore power charging system.
DECK:
Lines lead to cockpit. 25 lb CQR anchor, 35 ft 3/8 galvanized chain, 250 ft line, Danforth anchor, 30 ft chain, 200 ft line. Cut away Pushpit with drop ladder for easy stern access, fire and safety equipment. Partial cockpit enclosure and Dodger were new in 2004.
Main sail 2 reefing points, 150 genoa rebuilt with new uv protection etc last month and Furlex Furling, 90 % jib, Lewmar winches. Spinnaker pole and rigging. Mast and sails were replaced in 2000.
